Refund and warranty policy

This policy explains when you can get a refund, when you can get a free replacement under warranty, and how to file a claim.
1. Before you buy
Because you receive full login credentials immediately, and because account credentials can't be "returned" once viewed, all sales are final except for the specific situations covered below.
2. Refund eligibility
You're eligible for a full refund if:
- The credentials you received don't work at all, and our support team can't get you access within 48 hours.
- The account doesn't match the listing's stated details (game, rank, hour count, or included items) in a material way.
- You were charged more than once for the same order due to a checkout error.
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds are returned to your original payment method; crypto refunds are sent to the wallet address you originally paid from.
3. Warranty coverage
Every account purchase includes a warranty against the account being banned, locked, or reclaimed by the original owner, for the window listed on the product at checkout (typically 7 to 30 days depending on the game).
If a covered account is banned or reclaimed within the warranty window, we will do one of the following, at our discretion:
- Replace it with an equivalent account of the same tier and specifications.
- Issue store credit equal to the purchase price.
4. What voids the warranty
The warranty does not cover bans or losses caused by:
- Cheating, botting, or using unauthorized third-party software on the account after delivery.
- Changing the account's recovery email or phone number in a way that locks you out.
- Sharing the account with other people after purchase.
- Violating the game publisher's terms of service in ways unrelated to the account's origin (for example, harassment or cheating reports).
5. How to file a claim
Email support@oblivion.example with your order number and a short description of the issue. Include a screenshot of any ban or error message. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback with your bank or PayPal instead of contacting support first, for an order that was delivered as described, is treated as a violation of our terms of service and may result in your account being suspended.
