Refund and warranty policy

This policy explains when you can get a refund, when you can get a free replacement under warranty, and how to file a claim.

1. Before you buy

Because you receive full login credentials immediately, and because account credentials can't be "returned" once viewed, all sales are final except for the specific situations covered below.

2. Refund eligibility

You're eligible for a full refund if:

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds are returned to your original payment method; crypto refunds are sent to the wallet address you originally paid from.

Every account purchase includes a warranty against the account being banned, locked, or reclaimed by the original owner, for the window listed on the product at checkout (typically 7 to 30 days depending on the game).

Email support@oblivion.example with your order number and a short description of the issue. Include a screenshot of any ban or error message. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback with your bank or PayPal instead of contacting support first, for an order that was delivered as described, is treated as a violation of our terms of service and may result in your account being suspended.
