These terms govern your use of Oblivion (the "site," "we," "us"), a marketplace based in the United States for buying digital game accounts. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or make a purchase. By using the site you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. What we sell

We sell access credentials to pre-existing accounts for third-party games and platforms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any game publisher or platform holder (including but not limited to Valve, Riot Games, Electronic Arts, Epic Games, or Rockstar Games).

3. Third-party platform risk

Most game publishers and platform terms of service prohibit transferring, selling, or buying accounts. Purchasing an account through Oblivion may violate the publisher's own terms of service, which can result in the account being banned, suspended, or reclaimed, independent of anything we do.

• We do not control publisher enforcement decisions and cannot guarantee a publisher will not detect, flag, or ban a transferred account.
• You are solely responsible for understanding and accepting this risk before purchasing.
• Our warranty (see the refund and warranty policy) covers replacement in the event of a ban within the warranty window, but does not override or supersede any publisher's own terms.

4. Account use

You're responsible for keeping your Oblivion login credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Payments

We accept payment by card, PayPal, and select cryptocurrencies. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Cryptocurrency payments are final once confirmed on-chain and cannot be reversed by us.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the site to:

• Commit fraud, including disputing legitimate charges after receiving working account credentials.
• Resell, redistribute, or publicly share credentials purchased through the site in a way that breaches the license under which they were sold to you.
• Attempt to access accounts or systems you're not authorized to use.
• Use automated tools to scrape, spam, or abuse the site or its checkout systems.

7. Refunds and warranty

Refund eligibility, warranty windows, and replacement conditions are described in full in our refund and warranty policy, which is part of these terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and all listings are provided "as is." Except for the specific warranty described in our refund and warranty policy, we make no guarantees about the uninterrupted availability of any account, and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oblivion's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of in-game progress, items, or purchases made through a third-party platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Oblivion account at our discretion if we believe you've violated these terms, engaged in fraud, or created risk for the platform or other users.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Oblivion is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts with jurisdiction over that location, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
